PORTABLE HIGH VOLUME SAMPLERS Models PEM – PHVS 1 / 2 Portable High Volume Air Samplers Model PEM – PHVS 1 & Model PEM – PHVS 2 are compact, light weight units, designed for short time sampling of Air for SPM and radio-activity measurements. They use a high capacity blower, fitted to a 4†dia filter holder to draw the sample air through the filter paper. A By-pass rotameter (marked in M3/min) with an exhaust orifice is used the give the blower flow for PEM – PHVS1. However, Model PEM – PHVS 2 is more advanced model with digital display of sampling flow and integrated volume.
