AIR FLOW CALIBRATION SYSTEM Model PSI–AFCS 1 Model PSI–AFCS 1 is an easy to use Primary Standard for the calibration of Air Sampling equipment. This unique system features 3 interchangeable flow cells and a microprocessor control unit. Each cell is designed to mount onto the same electronics base with a very simple mounting arrangement which facilitates easy interchangeability. The system combines the simplicity and versatility of a soap film bubble meter with the speed and accuracy of a microprocessor. The built-in infrared bubble sensors detect the bubble as it traverses from the path from the lower sensor to the upper sensor. The electronics calculates the flow rate from the time of flight of the bubble and displays the reading on the LCD display. The system with three flow cells is capable of covering a dynamic range of 1.0 cc/min to more than 20LPM with high accuracy and resolution. The AFCS facilitates calibration of air sampling pumps (vacuum or pressure), rotameters, orifices etc quickly and reliably with accurate and reproducible results. SALIENT FEATURES

The new bubble generator provides perfect single bubble by press of a button. When pushing the button down , a long lowers itself into the soap solution, creating a perfect film. Releasing the button lifts the film to the flow tube automatically.
